Located on the outermost rim of the recognized ONI territories, Night Window presents an intriguing anomaly. Its primary star has gone dark well before its expected life cycle, plunging its surrounding planets into an unending night. Against all astrophysical understanding, the star has ceased luminosity prematurely — a mystery that has drawn researchers from the Iris Academy and the Council of Peace.

The Photoli Connection¶

Confirmed (Aeon Timeline): Night Window was the landing zone for the Photoli fleet when they first crossed into Galia (~2080). The Photoli entered our galaxy through Night Window, then spread outward. Vast reserves of planetary resources remain seemingly untouched — drained of stellar energy instead.

The energy harvested from this star enabled individual Photoli — like Ahr — to explore far beyond the Galia Expanse, ultimately leading to the discovery of Earth (~2120) and the chain of events that brought humanity to the stars.
