Overview¶

Okuto (formerly known locally as "Riftmarket") is a dwarf planet on the far edge of the Pavo Passage system — remote, hard to police, and perfectly placed to become the sector's pressure valve. It is a neutral, self-governed hub where salvage, gray exchange, and quiet conversion thrive: the place people go when they can't wait for approvals, can't survive an audit storm, or can't afford to be clean.

If Tollhaven moves ships and Velloris moves legitimacy, Okuto moves opportunity — at a price.

Environment / "Feel"¶

Okuto feels improvised and alive: modular bazaars, scaffold cities, patchwork landing yards, and neighborhoods that expand or vanish overnight.

Canon truth (never publicly confirmed): The Quiet Auction is a special event drawing criminals from across Galia Expanse. It operates in absolute secrecy — no one has factually confirmed its existence. It is also the channel through which many offerings to Iris Dusk are sold within Pavo Passage, connecting the Order of Seasons' shadow economy to Okuto's gray markets.
